Risk disclosures

Experimental markets can fail.

This interface is a technical prototype, not a deployed service, prospectus, investment recommendation or guarantee of liquidity.

01

Stock Token structure

Robinhood Stock Tokens provide tokenized debt-security exposure to an underlying reference asset; they are not ownership of the underlying shares and may be subject to jurisdictional restrictions.

02

Closed-end premium or discount

The basket cannot be redeemed during price discovery. Its market price can trade above or below the value of the reserve, including immediately after graduation.

03

Issuer controls

A constituent may be paused, blocked, seized, administratively burned or changed through an issuer upgrade. Any such action can reduce backing or prevent redemption.

04

Oracle and NAV

The prototype snapshots only ETH/USD to express the curve in WETH. It does not price constituents, enforce a $4K reserve NAV, or include an L2 sequencer guard. Dollar targets drift as ETH and constituents move.

05

Liquidity and execution

A graduation threshold does not guarantee buyers, depth, a stable price, indexer visibility or an exit. Slippage and MEV can be material.

06

Smart-contract risk

Tests and source verification do not replace an independent audit. The launchpad and v4 hook adapter are experimental until reviewed and deployed.

07

Fee coverage

The 0.5% platform fee can apply to the canonical curve and hooked market. A third party can create an alternative pool that does not use the hook.

08

Bot compatibility

Dexscreener, GMGN, BasedBot and other services decide what they index and route. Compatibility requires explicit testing and can change without notice.
